Business

Business Timeline for

The Mall of the Internet, LLC:

The mall was mostly automated, saving me a tremendous amount of time which allowed me to work a full time job too! In 2022 I stopped working on the Mall since it is no longer in business. The website merely remains online to show what I had spent so much time on. Listed below is the malls timeline showing the progress I had made.

January 2016:

I began work on a new business idea of mine. This included extensive research to confirm if my beliefs that it could succeed were true or not. As it turns out I was right this business does make sense and the timing is perfect!

2017:

January:

I licensed my new business, Mall of the Internet, LLC.

March:

The Mall of the Internet had 100+ stores in it (including it’s own and several

other niche stores of mine). Towards the end of March I quit my job to fully focus on getting this

business up and running. Later in March I began the Facebook and Instagram advertising

and updated the Mall’s Linkedin Profile. I officially opened the Mall March 31, 2017.

April:

Search engine and directory site submissions (including Google) began.

May:

YouTube advertising began. I Started working on the Mall’s Pinterest page. I launched the Mall’s first video on Facebook and Instagram (shown below):

If you see a media error or encounter any other error that keeps you from being able to play this videos than it is a browser issue. Please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to avoid these issues. Thank you for your understanding.

June:

I started the Malls blog.

July:

An online review site (The Review Is In) reviewed the Mall and gave it an overall rating of 4 out of 5 stars! I created the Mall’s 2nd video.

August:

The Mall doubled in size to 200+ stores.  I created the malls 3rd video. I also created a video to encourage entrepreneurs to add their stores to the mall.

December:

The Mall’s Christmas Holiday video ad was released.

2018:

January:

The Mall increased in size to 300+ stores. This is three times the size it was when it first opened only 12 months prior!

Mid June:

The Mall was rapidly closing in on 400 stores. As of June 16th we had 375 stores!

November:

Four more ads were created to better focus on different times of the year. All of the Mall’s videos can be found on our You Tube channel and also on the Mall’s own website.

April/May 2019:

400 + stores are now in the mall.

2020:

January:

Almost at 500 stores (approximately 480 stores).

July:

I changed the layout of website slightly to make it easier on the eyes.

August:

500+ stores are now in the Mall!

January 2021:

New lower pricing to allow more store owners to be able to afford to be in the mall.

About Me

In my spare time I enjoy many things…..

Spending time with my kids.

Watching and playing basketball. – Go Lakers!

Vegging out on the couch streaming.

Being a true audiophile I enjoy listening to various genres of music depending on my mood at the time.

Drinking coffee, lot’s of coffee! Who needs sleep when there’s coffee?

Other things about me:

I am a dog lover and am a big believer in pet adoption thru pet rescues. I currently have a cat which is fine since I grew up with both cats and dogs.

I became a Scooby Doo fan when I was 5 and still am. It took some time, but I  eventually turned all of my kids into Scooby fans too!

I am a health and fitness nut. I started building my gym at my house in 2018. In 2020 I designed and built my own custom made smith machine and two different style leg press machines as well as various pulley systems, a pec deck machine and a multi grip bar. At the house my detached garage was a complete gym with individual workout stations. My other gym “the bad weather gym” as I like to call it, was in the family room and was pretty nice too!

In 2025 I moved into my new home and although I still have “the bad weather gym,” my main gym was downsized to a much smaller wooden shed gym. I organized it after spending countless weeks designing it on paper to make it all fit and it did for awhile. Then I ran out of space as I added new toys and have revised this gym a year later to make it the best it can be.

Blogs

I run multiple blogs:

I try to post on average two posts per website every month,

(except since late 2019 when I found I had less time to keep up on this).

Premium Audio   – I started this blog April 2015.

At Home Gym  – I started this blog November 2016. I took the site down in 2020 and brought it back in 2021. I plan to release the blog as an e-book and eventually take down this site.

The Mall of the Internet – I started this blog June 2017.

The E-Book Store

In the past when I had an idea to write about that did not apply to any of these other sites I would post it here.  I started this blog February 2017. An advertising campaign was started in May 2017 to allow guest bloggers/authors the opportunity to have their articles and E-Books posted here. I took this site down in 2020.

Premium Audio

The Mall of the Internet

Premium Audio is just one of my licensed DBA’s of the Mall of the Internet, LLC which I owned.

In addition to Premium Audio, the Mall of the Internet also had the following licensed DBA’s: At Home Gym, The Flower Shop, The Print Shop, Audio Excellence, Other Business Ventures, the Worldwide Web, the E-Book Store, Plethora Goods and the Online Marketplace. I also had built sites for Fun Toyz, the Camera Shop and the Candle Shop as additional niche stores in the mall.
